Alexey is a partner at White Square splitting time between Moscow and Dubai offices of the firm. He has been based in the UAE since 2022.
Alexey specialises in M&A transactions, including private acquisitions and disposals, joint ventures, corporate restructurings, strategic investments and venture capital/growth capital investments. Alexey acted for a wide range of clients, including corporates, financial sponsors, multilateral institutions and government entities across multiple sectors.
From 2008 to 2025, Alexey worked at the leading international law firm A&O Shearman (formerly named Allen&Overy) in Moscow, Dubai and London offices.
