Andrey is an experienced capital markets specialist, advising on IPO and SPO transactions, securitization transactions, bond restructurings, structured bond and structured product issuances, as well as having experience in advising on digital financial asset transactions.

Prior to joining White Square, Andrey worked at leading Russian law firms, as well as at a major financial and investment group.
