Lidiya has extensive experience in advising large Russian and international companies on issues related to raising capital market financing, optimizing management and assets restructuring, supporting buyout and sale of shares.

Lidiya also has extensive experience in business structuring, corporate governance and M&A projects.

Previously, Lidiya held senior positions in Russian law firms and at one of the largest Russian banks.
