Mikhail works in the Dubai office of the firm and has been based in the UAE since 2022.
An honorary graduate from Lomonosov Moscow State University and Harvard Law School and one of the highest ranked lawyers in Russia, throughout his 20-year career Mikhail has been recognized by all major international and Russian legal directories (Chambers, IFLR1000, The Legal 500, Best Lawyers, Kommersant and others) for his achievements in M&A, corporate law, capital markets and regulatory matters.
From 2004 to 2023, Mikhail worked at the leading international law firm Cleary Gottlieb, where for the past 8 years he was a global equity partner, one of the youngest in the firm’s history.
Mikhail focuses on cross-border transactions and complex legal matters representing primarily large multinational businesses from CIS, Europe, USA and Middle East.
