Vadim is the Head of Corporate Services at White Square, Dubai office.

He has extensive experience in advising major companies and private clients on a wide range of UAE legal and corporate matters, such as setting up and administration of corporate structures, investments, private equity, real estate and financing.

Prior to joining White Square, Vadim worked at leading international law firm Cleary Gottlieb.
